Education
Candidates wishing to
apply against Company Secretary Railway Board should have minimum qualification
of Masters in Business Administration/ LLB from any recognized institution from
Higher Education Commission (HEC) along with at least 05 years’ experience in
relevant field.
OR
Candidate should be a
member of a recognized body of corporate chartered secretaries along with at
least 05 years’ experience in relevant field.
OR
Candidate should be a
member of a recognized body of Professional Accounts along with at least 05
years’ experience in relevant field.
Experience Required:
Candidates wishing to apply against Company Secretary
Railway Board should have minimum experience in Laws, Policy making in
procurement, Rules & Regulations, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing,
Litigations, Land matter Railway act rules and regulations etc. Coordination
experts, board meeting conducting, drafting of minutes, Knowledge of SECP Laws
and rules related to board functioning etc.
